Can I start free and upgrade later?
Yes — start on either free tier with no credit card required. Upgrade to Pro at any time from within the app. Your data and settings carry over automatically.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contracts. Both Pro plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. The Pro Bundle discount is removed if you cancel one of the two plans.
Can I use AgencyCRM without BadenAI, or vice versa?
Yes — both products work completely independently. Subscribe to one, the other, or both. The Pro Bundle discount and Z features unlock automatically when you have both Pro plans active.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
What happens if I run out of BadenAI tokens?
You can purchase token top-ups from within the app at any time. Top-up tokens roll over — they don't expire at the end of the month. Your monthly allocation resets each billing cycle.
How does AgencyCRM Pro pricing work?
AgencyCRM Pro has a base fee of $79/month plus $59/month per advisor and $24/month per admin. You set your seat counts at signup and can adjust them at any time — changes are prorated automatically.
